  A different perspective of the song ‘Driver’s License’: I got my driver's license last week Just like we always talked about Cause you were so excited for me To finally drive up to your house But today I drove through the suburbs Crying cause you weren't around And you're probably with that blonde girl Who always made me doubt She's so much older than me She's everything I'm insecure about Yeah, today I drove through the suburbs Cause how could I ever love someone else?   Based upon the first two paragraphs of the song: A teenager’s parents were happy that their child got his/her driver’s license and could finally drive without relying on them. On a weekend the teenager was driving with a group of friends around the suburbs of the house and the parents had full confidence on the teenager.
